St. Robert’s
Parish Hall (McClain Hall), is primarily used for Parish events and
meetings. Bingo is held here every Friday evening excluding the Friday’s
that precede New Years, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The facility is also available to rent.
The Hall holds a
capacity of 384 people. It is handicap accessible along with the restroom
facilities. Caterers are permitted for rental events; however, the on-site
kitchen is solely for Parish functions.
There is smoking permitted in
the Hall. In 2008, industrial size smoke removers were installed to help those
that are sensitive to smoke.
Basic rental is $700.00 per event with a
discount given to Parishioners. Rental covers the hall set-up and clean-up
after the event. Insurance coverage on the event is the responsibility of the
renter.
